On the offer of talks by India, Dr. Moeed Yousuf, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan for National Security, expressed reservations over India's duplicitous policy and offered the terms of the talks.
He also provided evidence blaming India for the Chinese consulate, Army Public School, stock exchange and Gwadar attacks. According to an interview published on Indian news website The Wire, Dr. Moeed Yousuf said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had expressed that India has expressed its desire for dialogue. However, Dr Moeed Yousuf declined to comment further on the talks.
"We should sit down and talk like adults. Occupied Kashmir and terrorism are two issues and I want to talk about both," he said. "Kashmir should be included in the talks as a third party." It should be made clear that Pakistan is ready to discuss terrorism.
He demanded that India end the military siege of Kashmir and the new domicile law. The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister clarified in the interview that Pakistan has evidence of India's involvement in terrorist activities in the country.
He said that Pakistan also had evidence that India was providing financial assistance to terrorists and that India had sponsored the APS attack in which innocent children lost their lives. The TTP commander has a record of eight phone calls from India before the attack, while Indian intelligence handlers in a neighboring country have raided the Chinese Consulate in Karachi, the PC Hotel in Gwadar and the stock exchange in the last two years. The attacks were carried out.
He also revealed that the BLA terrorist had been treated at a hospital in New Delhi. He said that the Indian embassy in the neighboring country was using think tanks to provide money to Baloch terrorists. Dr. Moeed Yousuf, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan for National Security, laid down the conditions for meaningful dialogue on the Kashmir issue.
He said that if India was serious about meaningful dialogue on Occupied Kashmir, then New Delhi should immediately release all political prisoners of Occupied Kashmir and end the inhumane military siege. Moeed Yousuf demanded that India repeal the law on population change in occupied Kashmir and stop human rights violations.
Dr Moeed Yousuf reiterated the position of Prime Minister Imran Khan that if India took one step forward, Pakistan would take two steps forward. He drew the attention of the Indian audience and said that Kashmiri politicians admitted that no one in occupied Kashmir was ready to remain under Indian occupation. Special Assistant Moeed Yousuf emphasized that Kashmiris, according to Pakistan, are the real parties to the conflict and their aspirations and aspirations should be included in any dialogue.
Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Prime Minister Imran Khan's government has a vision of economic stability and transit for the prosperity of Pakistan and the region. He said that due to the expansionist policies of Modi government, India has been left alone in the region while Pakistan wants peace in its neighborhood. Responding to Indian allegations of terrorism, Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Pakistan had assisted in the investigation of all cases pending in the courts but India had been delaying the investigation without providing evidence.
He said that failure to find a solution to terrorism cases had helped India in making false statements of terrorism. Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Hindu courts involved in terrorism like the Bharat Samjhauta Express case were released by Indian courts.
Rejecting the latest propaganda by India on the issue of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, Dr Moeed Yousuf said that Pakistan stood by the UN resolutions to resolve the dispute and meet the aspirations of more than 800,000 Kashmiris.
He said that Indian propaganda could not change Pakistan's principled position on Kashmir issue and in recent history Prime Minister Imran Khan has raised his voice for Kashmiris in the world more than previous governments.
