According to Indian media, the picture is of the premises of Nizam Institute of Medical College in Hyderabad in which a patient has a pipe in his nose.

According to local media, the patient is a resident of Khamim district who was rushed to a hospital in Hyderabad with his family due to ill health.

On this occasion, the doctors sent the patient back without any emergency examination, after which the patient is sitting helplessly under the tree and trying to eat.

The storm erupted as soon as the photo went viral on social media, with people sharply criticizing the hospital administration for its criminal negligence.

The hospital administration later said that the victim was sent to the General OPD for treatment, but his condition was not serious at the time.

The administration claims that the patient was discharged safely after taking the medicine. So far, no government official has taken notice of the photo and reported the patient.
