Geneva, Libya's warring factions sign a ceasefire agreement

 

Libya's warring factions have signed a ceasefire agreement after five rounds of talks in Geneva. Stephen Williams, the UN's acting envoy to Libya, called the agreement a new ray of hope for the Libyan people at the signing ceremony in Geneva. According to the details, all the miscreants and foreign fighters will leave Libya in three months.
