Failure to comply with SOPs could lead to another wave: Health Minister

Saudi Health Minister Dr. Tawfiq al-Rubayeh has said that SOPs must be strictly enforced, otherwise there will be a risk of another wave of the virus like in other countries.

"A second wave of corona virus has started in several countries, which is more severe. If we take precautionary measures, it could happen to us," he said, according to the lesson website.

"Saudi Arabia has made significant progress in combating the corona virus," he said in a TV interview.

"We are among the best countries to deal with Corona. We have not only a significant decrease in cases but also a steady decline."

"Strict adherence to the use of masks and social precautions can keep us safe from the second wave."

"It is important for people from all walks of life to take precautions on their own."

"If any section of the society acts with tolerance, they will be affected, but other people cannot live without being affected."
