By doing so, the federal government ruled out the possibility of bringing Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan

The person who filed the case against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif turned out to be a PTI organizational official. Journalist Azhar Javed, who registered the case, said that the government had registered a case of treason against Nawaz Sharif and the possibility of his return to Pakistan was ruled out. On micro-blogging site Twitter, Azhar Javed said that the ruling party had registered a case against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for treason against a political worker and eliminated the possibility of taking him to Pakistan as the UK would not allow anyone to enter such a country. It is not possible to take Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan without his consent where he fears the death penalty.

It should be noted that Badar Rasheed Hira, who filed the case against Nawaz Sharif, is the president of PTI Youth Wing Ravi Town in Lahore. Badar Rasheed has been booked for attempted murder, illegal arms and interference in the government. The party has also contested the election of UC chairman.
