Senior journalist Rauf Klasra has claimed that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had insulted Chaudhry Nisar through Aitzaz Ahsan. Speaking on a program on a private TV channel, Rauf Klasra further said that Aitzaz Ahsan was Nisar's elder brother There was a lot of talk about General Iftikhar, but Chaudhry Nisar was hiding out of fear of his ministry.
Aitzaz Ahsan who was accusing Chaudhry Nisar's brother, Chaudhry Nisar remained silent instead of answering the allegations. I think at that time Chaudhry Nisar preferred his ministry, today he thinks that I made a mistake by remaining silent. I should have defended my late brother. Rauf Klasra further said that Nawaz Sharif deliberately insulted Chaudhry Nisar through Aitzaz Ahsan and asked Chaudhry Nisar to remain silent.

It is to be noted that Aitzaz Ahsan had leveled several allegations against Chaudhry Nisar. Declaring the allegations an FIR and offering an inquiry from any judge, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, through his press conference, offered to investigate the allegations leveled against him by the opposition during a joint sitting of Parliament. He is ready to form a one-member, two-member or three-member commission or tribunal headed by any retired judge of the opposition's will and in this commission he will present himself in connection with the allegations against him. The allegations against his brother can be answered by the army itself and the other side can present itself. If even one per cent of the allegations are proved after the investigation of this commission, they will say goodbye not only to the ministry but also to politics.
