Attacks continue in Nagorno-Karabakh despite the ceasefire, with Azerbaijan and Armenia accusing each other of fresh attacks.
Azeri Defense Ministry says Armenian forces shelled four districts last night.
Azerbaijani president says Azerbaijani forces have taken control of 13 more areas of Karabakh.
On the other hand, the UN Secretary General has called on both countries to "fully abide" to the new ceasefire.
More than 800 people on both sides have been killed in clashes since September 27.
It should be noted that Nagorno-Karabakh is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, but since the end of the war between the two countries in 1994, it has been governed by people of Armenian descent.
This is the fiercest battle between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh in recent years.
