Armenia and Azerbaijan conflict, 22 villages liberated

Azerbaijan's armed forces have so far liberated 22 populations from Armenian occupation. In a statement, Azeri defense sources said that Gabriel, Lower Syed Ahmadli, Lower Maralian, Mehdi Lee, Koijaq, Qand Horadz, Chakar Lee, Boyuk Marjanli, Shey Bay, Talash, Karkolo, Shukrobeli, Upper Maralian, Jerkan, Twenty-two villages have been liberated, including Dashksan, Dejan, Mahmudlu, Jaffarabad, Sugavoshan and Papi.

It may be recalled that on the night of September 27, clashes broke out on the Armenian-Azeri front by the Armenians, in response to which the Azeri army took action and liberated some areas from the Armenian occupation.
