Apple's biggest loss, the theft of more than one million mobile phones

Apple, the world's leading maker of mobile phones and various gadgets, has suffered a major setback in recycling its devices.

According to foreign media reports, Apple faced the theft of more than one million mobile phones and other devices.

According to the report, Apple gave a Canadian company about 576,880 devices for recycling between 2015 and 2017, including 531,996 iPhones, 25,673 iPads and 19,277 smartphones. Watches included.

Apple claims that the Canadian company GEEP's scrutiny does not include about 13845 of its devices.

The mobile phone company alleged that the employees of the recycling company stole the said number of devices and then sold them on their own.

Apple also said that when it checked its devices by serial number, more than 18 percent of them, or 13845 devices, appeared to be active on various cellular networks.

It also says that reselling or stealing these devices is harmful to the mobile user, as such devices do not meet security standards.

Apple has already terminated work with the Canadian company and filed a lawsuit against the company in January, but GEEP has rejected all of Apple's claims.
