It may be recalled that the dispute between government officials at the Civic Center Karachi had turned into a bloody clash yesterday and Assistant Director Abdul Hafeez shot dead Deputy Director Land, Gulistan Johar Wasim Usmani and Assistant Director Wasim Raza while Abdul Hafeez was also injured in the incident.
