According to sources, Bilawal on one occasion offered Nawaz Sharif resignations from the assemblies and the Sindh government and asked Nawaz Sharif to come home and submit his resignation to the Speaker.

Nawaz Sharif said that he would hand over his party's resignation to Bilawal. Bilawal gives his resignation to him and he gives his resignation to Bilawal, then hand over the resignations of both to Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Nawaz Sharif said that he was not against resignations but resignations should be made under pressure against the government.

Sources said that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman kept discussing the resignations with party leaders.

It is to be noted that the country's opposition parties have decided to launch a nationwide movement against the government demanding immediate resignation of the Prime Minister at the All Parties Conference.
