The world's first man to beat an incurable disease like AIDS, many years later succumbed to an incurable disease like cancer.

A 54-year-old man living in the US state of California was cured of the incurable disease HIV 12 years ago, according to a report by a foreign news agency.

According to media reports, a man named Ren Brown was cured of AIDS in 2006 and is now suffering from cancer many years later, which is still being treated.

Speaking to foreign media, the American citizen revealed that he was suffering from cancer. He said that he was working as a translator in Berlin, the capital of Germany in the 90's when he had to undergo a transplant.

"The person who had the transplant had the AIDS virus in them," he said.

But unfortunately now he has cancer, "said Ryan Brown." The cancer is spreading fast in my body.
