Islamabad High Court issued a written verdict giving a big shock to Nawaz Sharif

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a written decision on Nawaz Sharif's request for exemption from attendance in Azizia reference.

According to private TV channel "Dunya News", the Islamabad High Court has issued a written decision on Nawaz Sharif's request for exemption from attendance in the Azizia reference case. The Supreme Court has issued a five-page written decision. The court ordered the execution of Nawaz Sharif's non-bailable arrest warrant. The court ordered that it be enforced through the Pakistan High Commission in the UK.

The court said in its judgment that Nawaz Sharif's sentence would be decided on merit. In the judgment, Nawaz Sharif was ordered to ensure his attendance before the appeals.

Non-bailable arrest warrants were also issued in Nawaz Sharif's Avonfield reference. Arrest warrants were issued in the Avonfield reference to ensure attendance on appeals. The High Court decision said that Nawaz Sharif should have been present under the terms of suspension of sentence. It should be noted that Nawaz Sharif had applied for exemption from attendance on which the court ruled.
