IPL, Mumbai Indians beat Shah Rukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders

In the fifth match of the Indian Premier League (IPL), defending champions Mumbai Indians defeated Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders by 49 runs.

Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 195 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Captain Rohit Sharma played the captain's innings and scored 80 runs. In addition, Surya Kumar Yadav scored 47 runs.

In pursuit of Mumbai Indians' 196-run target, Kolkata Knight Riders managed to score only 146 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. For Kolkata, Pat Cummins stood out with 33 runs, followed by skipper Dinesh Karthik (30) and Nitish Rana (24).
