Indian actress Raveena Tandon has welcomed the operation against drug mafia in the world's second largest film industry Bollywood.
After the alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput in Bollywood, when the research institutes expanded the scope of their investigation, he reached out to the drug mafia in Bollywood and the drug mafia in the industry.
Sushant's former friend Riya Chakraborty was also arrested for giving drugs to the late actor.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has since launched an investigation into the drug mafia nexus in Bollywood.
Raveena Tandon, one of the most popular actors of the 1990s, welcomed the inquiry.
In a message on the social networking site Twitter, he called for drug dealers and suppliers to be punished.
He said that now is the time for 'cleaning', it is very welcome, it will help future generations.
