Best age of a male to become father.

For years, women have been told not to wait until the third or fourth decade of life to have children, but now the fact has come to light that the age of the father also affects the health of the children.

According to research, children of middle-aged people are less healthy by birth. The claim was made in a medical study in the United States.

The Stanford University study looked at data on the births of more than 40 million children and analyzed the effects on parents' age and the child's health.

The results showed that if the father is 45 years old, the children may need premature birth, low birth weight and postpartum medical assistance such as ventilation or others.

The study further found that if the father is up to 45 years of age, the risk of premature birth or low birth weight increases by 14%.

Researchers also claim that the wives of men of this age may also have problems with high blood sugar during childbirth, due to changes in the sperm of men with age.

Researchers say that it is possible to avoid such negative consequences if men do not wait until they are 45 years old to have children.

The risks to their future children also increase with age and those who want to have children in middle age should consult a doctor first.
