It has been decided to link the grievance cell of federal agencies with the Citizen Portal and in this regard a one-window complaint system has also been approved, a letter has been issued to the federal ministries.

According to details, a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office said that Imran Khan has directed to create a central system of all complaint cells under which 33 grievance cells of federal ministries would be attached. Imran Khan has directed to complete the work on one window operation in 60 days.

The Prime Minister's Office said that the move would further strengthen the grievance redressal system, Complaints Sales are working in various federal agencies, there is a need for a universal grievance system with integrated links, all types of grievances of citizens will be resolved on merit.
