His organization is working to raise awareness about mental health and related issues. Meanwhile, Nova Novelli has revealed that she is struggling with her anxiety and taking therapy to treat it. A video of Noya has surfaced in which she is seen talking about her struggle.
Aara Health is an organization started by four girls, one of whom is Amitabh Bachchan's niece. Talking to the rest of the co-founders of the company, Nova said that at first she was not so happy to talk about going for therapy. "It was new to me," he said. I wanted to experiment with it myself before I talked about it. Although my family knew I was taking therapy, perhaps no friend of mine knew I was doing it. I don't know if I can tell them now.
Her mother Shweta Bachchan has also commented on her daughter's video. "I've been out of it lately," he said.
