In a bid to ease the ongoing border tensions between China and India, the Chinese Defense Minister has met his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh in the Russian capital, Moscow. He added that the cause and reality of the ongoing situation and tension on the border is very clear and the entire responsibility lies with India.
