A citizen in France blew up his own house due to a fly.

In France, a man blew himself up in his own house while trying to escape a fly. According to the French news network, the 82-year-old man was having dinner at his house when he was disturbed by a fly. He did not notice that a gas cylinder was leaking inside his house and started trying to hit the fly with an electric racket.

The electric racket's current and leaking gas combined to cause an explosion in the house, which damaged the kitchen and the roof. However, the 82-year-old man survived the accident. His hand was slightly burnt and he was taken to hospital for a check-up. Unable to stay in the house after the accident, the occupant was transferred to a local camp, while his family's home was being repaired. However, it is not yet clear what happened to the fly that caused the accident.
