Two ships collided at sea near Shanghai in China, sinking a ship, injuring several people and leaving 14 missing.

According to Chinese media, the collision took place near the coast of Shanghai where a cargo ship (container ship) collided with an oil tanker (oil tanker) as a result of which the oil tanker caught fire while the cargo ship was severely damaged. Damaged and drowned in the blink of an eye.

Officials said the oil tanker contained 3,000 tonnes of oil. Initially, the cause of the accident could not be ascertained, but rescue operations are still underway. Rescue officials say three people have been rescued, several injured in the crash and 14 missing. The cause of the accident will be known only after an investigation.
