Trump loses case with porn actress, orders payment of Rs 75 lakh.

 

A federal court in the US state of California has ruled in favor of pornographic actress Stormy Daniels and ordered President Donald Trump to pay 44,100 (approximately Rs. 7.5 million).

The court ruled that Stormy Daniels had won the case against Trump under an agreement reached 11 days before the 2016 presidential election. According to the agreement, the losing party will have to pay lawyers' fees. The court has ordered President Donald Trump to pay the porn actress 44 44,100 (approximately Rs. 7.5 million) in lawyers' fees.

It is believed that the porn actress had claimed that she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006 and 2007 about which a deal was made with her to keep quiet and she was paid for it.

On March 6, 2018, the actress filed a lawsuit against Trump. He said the impractical compromise he made on the alleged relationship was not workable because Trump had never signed it in person.
