There is a lot of evidence against Riya Chakraborty, father Shant Singh.

The father of Bollywood actor Shashant Singh Rajput, who committed suicide two months ago in June, has revealed that he has enough material to prove that actress Riya Chakraborty's actions in the past one year have led to his son's death. ۔

It may be recalled that Shashant Singh committed suicide on June 14, after which the cause of his death is becoming more and more complicated with each passing day, which is now being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) of India. ۔

In his affidavit filed in the Indian Supreme Court, Sashant's father KK Singh said that there was no point in the Supreme Court's request to transfer the case against him from Patna to Mumbai as the matter was now with the CBI. 

According to NDTV, Shashant Singh's father said that the question of jurisdiction of the Preliminary Information Report (FIR) comes up in the trial phase and not when the case is under investigation.

He alleged that Mumbai police did not take any action against his son Shashant Singh despite a complaint about threats.

Shashant Singh's father said, "Mumbai police investigation is fraudulent. They did not show any haste in arresting the accused."

The Indian Supreme Court will hear the petition of Shashant Singh's father on October 11.

On the other hand, Mumbai Police says that no written complaint has been lodged by Shashant Singh's family.

In a complaint lodged with the Bihar police, Sashant Singh's father had alleged that Riya Chakra Borti had illegally transferred Rs 150 million from his son's account.

Mumbai police have denied the allegations made by Shashant Singh's father and said that the actor's brother-in-law, who is in the police, was using his influence to find out about the actor's lack of contact with the family.

According to police, Shashant Rajput formed two companies with Riya Chakraborty, in which his brother is a director.

It may be recalled that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is now investigating the suicide case of Bollywood actor Shashant Singh Rajput.

Shashant Singh's father had on July 29 filed a case against the actress in Patna, Bihar, for allegedly blackmailing her son.

It may be recalled that two days after the case was filed by Shashant's father, the actress had filed a petition in the Supreme Court appealing to the High Court to transfer the case filed against her in Bihar to Mumbai, Maharashtra. ۔

The actress had said in the petition that Shant Singh had committed suicide in Maharashtra and it was not right to file her case in Bihar.

At the same time, he claimed that Sashant Singh's father was influential in Bihar and that he would influence Tafish there.

On the other hand, a month and a half after Sashant Singh's suicide, it is still not known what caused the actor to commit suicide.

On the other hand, the legal battle between the actor's family and his ex-girlfriend Riya Chakraborty is intensifying.

Shashant Singh Rajput committed suicide on June 14, after which Mumbai police launched an investigation to find out the reasons for his suicide and so far Mumbai police have recorded the statements of about 40 personalities.

Despite the Mumbai Police recording the statements of about 40 personalities, it is yet to be ascertained as to the specific reasons behind the actor's suicide.

According to reports, Shashant Singh Rajput had committed suicide due to depression. However, after his death, many people on social media had accused Bollywood celebrities of forcing the actor to commit suicide under conspiracy.
