The son, who was abducted 32 years ago, has finally been reunited with his mother.

Li Jingzhi, from China, spent nearly three decades searching for her abducted son, who was abducted in 1988 and has lost all hope of reuniting with her.

Lee Jung-zhi said that Mao Yen was her only son and in October 1988, her son was 2 years and 8 months old and her husband had gone to pick her up from kindergarten.

On the way home, the husband stopped the car for drinking water and got out of the car to fetch water from a nearby hotel. Meanwhile, his son was still in the car, but when he returned after drinking water, the car I did not have his son.

He later tried hard to find his son but could not find him. He reported the matter to the police and hid about 100,000 flyers and planted them all over the city to find his son.

Li Jingzhi says this was a time when child abductions and trafficking were rampant in China.

She said that with the passage of time, she had lost all hope of meeting her son and she felt that she would not have him again.

But on May 10, 2020, International Mother's Day, she received a call from the Xi'an Public Security Bureau that changed her life and informed her that she had found her son.

"I couldn't believe my son was back after 32 years, and I was afraid he would recognize me," said Lee.

Lee Jung-zhi was later reunited with his son, who was sold to a couple 32 years ago for 840.
