Mother dug a 35-foot-long and 10-foot-deep tunnel near the prison wall to get her son out of jail, which had reached the prison boundaries, but the woman was caught.
The incident took place in the Ukrainian city of Niko Life, where the son of a 51-year-old woman is serving a life sentence for murder.
The woman rented a house near the jail and drove around the jail on a silent electric scooter at night, digging the ground and disposing of debris with special equipment. Police arrested her three weeks later when she arrived at the jail premises.
