Lahore : Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar has taken notice of the shooting of a song at the historic Wazir Khan Mosque.
The Punjab Chief Minister sought a report from the provincial minister for endowments and the secretary of the endowment department on the incident of shooting of a song in the mosque. The Chief Minister directed that a comprehensive investigation into the incident be carried out and those responsible be identified and action be taken against them.
The Punjab Chief Minister has said that such an incident cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. The mosque is the holiest place. No one can be allowed to desecrate the mosque.
