At a private zoo in the UK, a lion attacked a girl in a cage for care, and her pictures went viral.

A 16-year-old guard girl was attacked and injured by a lion at a private zoo in the Australian town of Nottingham, according to a report by a foreign news agency.

The working girl was unsettled and as soon as she entered the cage, the lion snatched her, but fortunately the girl managed to get out of the cage after a prayerful struggle.

A 16-year-old girl has sustained multiple injuries due to tiger teeth and claws and has been shifted to hospital for treatment.

British authorities seized tigers at a private zoo following a complaint from nearby residents after the incident.

It is not the first time that a lion has attacked a woman in China before a circus lion attacked a woman who was rescued.
