The University of Darul Uloom Karachi has issued a fatwa declaring the Turkish drama "Ertugrul Ghazi" and other dramas as inappropriate for Muslims, stating that making, watching and showing such films is a sin and Muslims should abstain from them completely. Must do

According to the details, the drama Ertugrul Ghazi is very popular in Pakistan at present and a large number of young generation is interested in watching the drama. This drama is based on the struggle for the establishment of the Ottoman Empire. It tries to show the struggle of Ghazi Usman's father Ertugrul.

In its fatwa, Darul Uloom Karachi University has termed Islamic dramas and other dramas as part of a conspiracy against Islam. According to the fatwa, “it is the duty of these personalities to present Islam and Islamic personalities or their deeds through dramas or video films. Shaun is tantamount to insulting because misrepresentation and misrepresentation are almost necessary in dramas, so it is not right to call it an Islamic drama or to portray it as a service to Islam by portraying the role of high profile personalities in the form of dramas. ”

The fatwa states that "dramas attribute their costumes, dress and speech which is not in fact a service to Islam but a part of a conspiracy against Islam, so making, watching and showing such films is a sin and Muslims must abstain from them completely.

It should be noted that Prime Minister Imran Khan has said about the drama Ertugrul that such dramas help to show different aspects of Islam.
