Pakistan team reaches quarter finals in Virtual Scrabble World Cup

16 teams from all over the world are participating in the online Virtual Scrabble World Cup, each team consists of five players.

The Pakistani team comprising of Wasim Khatri, Moeezullah Baig, Syed Emad Ali, Hassan Hadi Khan and Sohaib Sanaullah performed amazingly in the group stage and took the top position in the group by beating difficult rivals Nigeria, Australia and South Africa.

In individual performance, two Pakistani players are in the top ten, Syed Emad Ali is second with 11 wins while Hassan Hadi Khan is fifth with 10 wins.

In the quarterfinals, Pakistan will face traditional rivals India or England.
