Harassment of girls by Mawra Hussain is a trivial matter
Recently, a video of Maura Hussain, a well-known actress of Pakistan showbiz industry, went viral in which she was seen saying that teasing girls on the road is a trivial matter on which she was severely criticized by the consumers.
Rebel TV: Ndayasir's Morning Show Good Morning Pakistan's 2 year old video clip went viral on social media in which he and Humayun Saeed have come to Nada Yasir's show to promote their film.
The above mentioned video clip of Maura Hussain is from Good Morning Pakistan of August 2018 when her film Jawani Phar Nahin Aani 2 was about to be released and she participated in the morning show along with other actors in connection with the promotion of the film.
During the show, Nada asks Yasirmaura if anyone has ever teased you.
On this Maura Hussain says that teasing girls is the art of Lahore. Boys play loud music in cars and go out on the road and tease girls. I don't think Eid of Lahore would be possible without it. So we shouldn't take it badly.
At this Nada Yasir asked her what she would do if this still happened to her. To which Maura Hussain said that he will not feel bad because he also has Eid!
Maura Hussain's response not only made the actors in the program laugh but also the participants in the program applauded.
However, social media users did not take Maura's point at all and advised her that our artists should think before they speak what they are saying.
