Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razaq has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for corruption



KUALA LUMPUR : - Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has been sentenced to 12 years in prison in a long-running corruption case.

According to foreign media, former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak was accused of embezzling سرکاری 1 billion from the Malaysia Broad Development (OneMDB) government project. Finalizing the scam, the court indicted him, but acquitted Najib, 67, on a restraining order, giving him the right to appeal. He is not satisfied with the decision as only one judge has ruled and he has the right to appeal to prove his good name. He is accused of forming a consortium affiliated with OneMDB, SRC International. Najib Razzaq has been fined چار 49 million and sentenced to 12 years in prison for violating his authority. He has also been convicted of seven counts of corruption. Allegations have also been made. It is alleged that Najib Razzaq played a direct role in the scandal. On the other hand, a large number of supporters of the former prime minister gathered outside the court and chanted slogans in his favor.
