Facebook has added a new source of live streaming to its users, the Messenger Rooms, similar to the company's Zoom Video Conferencing.

Facebook has announced that users will soon be able to use Messenger Rooms for live streaming.

This feature is similar to other video conferencing services like Google Mate and will allow more people to participate in virtual events via Facebook Live Streaming.

After this update, a user creating a room in Messenger will be able to broadcast the video call directly to a Facebook page, profile or group and make their friends or followers part of the live stream.

Messenger Rooms video conferencing can accommodate up to 50 people and this new feature will go a long way in helping Facebook expand its live streaming to multiple people.

The update comes at a time when Facebook is focusing more on live streaming during the Corona virus epidemic.

The world's most popular social networking site has allowed a person who streamed an event to charge a fee for access, while Instagram is working on a plan to sell the product in live streams.

A new feature of Messenger Rooms has been introduced in a few countries and will be extended to other regions.

The live streaming feature will initially be available in the web version of Messenger Rooms and will gradually be integrated into mobile and desktop apps.
