The United States is the most affected country in the world by the corona virus, followed by Brazil and India.
Florida has become the state with the highest number of reported cases in a single day since the onset of the cornea virus, Reuters reported, citing a State Department report.
According to official figures, 15,299 people in Florida tested positive, compared to 269,811 cases.

Health officials have called on citizens to wear masks to prevent the spread of the virus, but the issue of wearing masks has also become a political issue in the United States.
However, US President Donald Trump wore a mask for the first time during a visit to a military hospital.
Donald Trump flew by helicopter to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on the outskirts of Washington and met with health care providers there.
"When you're in a hospital, I think it's great to wear a mask," he told reporters as he left the White House.
The president of the United States joined the group of masked men during the epidemic.
Most prominent Republicans, including US Vice President Mike Pence, have supported wearing the mask.
Republican governors are also urging the use of masks as the situation in the states worsens.
However, Donald Trump refused to wear masks at news conferences, Corona virus task force updates, rallies and other public events.
People close to him told the Associated Press that the president fears the mask will make him look weak, and Donald Trump is concerned that he has focused on the public health crisis rather than the economic recovery.
Donald Trump also mocked Democratic opponent Joe Biden for wearing a mask, giving the impression that Joe Biden looked weak.
Masking has led to another political divide in the United States, where Republicans are more reluctant to wear masks than Democrats.
