After five years of unsuccessful weight loss efforts, what five principles did the woman adopt to lose 47 kg in a single year?

Everybody lives, but there are some people in this world who set an example for others - is there a girl like Tussauds who is from California and whose parents are obese? Also inherited obesity - the chubby C-Kia of childhood had turned into a fat girl when she reached the limits of adolescence and all her efforts to lose weight for many years were failing. -

Life changing stage
Once she was traveling in a plane and in the process of fastening her seat belt, she realized that she was so overweight that she could not even fasten her seat belt - this was the turning point of her life. The point was made and they decided that they would have to struggle on their own for the next life.

The harms of being overweight
Kya said on the occasion that she was aware that she was at high risk of developing high blood pressure and diabetes due to her weight gain as both of these diseases are present in her family. In addition, she has been suffering from severe mental and physical stress due to her obesity on many fronts of life.

ONE MONTH. - One entire month of thankfulness. Every day of October (okay, I missed a day) I wrote 10 things I’m thankful for in this little leather journal. - Family. Some days I miss them so much it hurts, but I’m thankful to have a loving family to miss so darn much. - Brent. Especially when he washes the dishes. (Yes, that definitely made it in the journal.) I’m thankful I’ve found a person, MY person, that can make any place feel like home. - Coffee. Stretchy pants. Warm showers. An able body that I sometimes have to try realllllly hard to love. A career I’m passionate about. A dream I believe is worth chasing. - It’s so easy to fixate on the things that frustrate you, discourage you, or drain you in your life. But what about the things that inspire you? Build you up? Make you excited to get out of bed every morning? - Thankfulness tends to be the theme of this new month. But, I challenge you to let it become the theme of your entire life. Be thankful for what you have, be fearless for what you want. What are you most thankful for today? ••• #last90days #thankful #thankfulness #grateful #gratitude #november #journal #dailyroutine #kentucky #dreamchaser #madeformore

Did she say on this occasion that because of her obesity she could not wear the clothes of her choice? Her friends also ignored her because of her obesity and in many matters of life she was because of this obesity. Were left behind

Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness
Kia also said on the occasion that there were many occasions in her life when she lost a few pounds with hard work - but in a few days after that, due to a little carelessness, she regained her weight. She would go and get so frustrated that she would give up.

How to lose 47 kg weight in a year
But after the voyage, Kia decided that now she had to change herself and become an example to others - after this decision Kya decided to change her life according to the five principles. Decided these rules were something like this-

1: Wake up an hour early in the morning
According to this rule, she made it a rule that she would wake up for one hour a day and that time would be for her - during which time she would exercise and honestly try to lose weight for an entire hour. Try your best to-

2: Do 30 minutes of physical exercise
Exercise continuously for 30 minutes, which not only moves every part of their body, but also arranges to engage the body in such an exercise that the body gets tired and sweats. These parts of the body help to dissolve excess fat.

3: Eat food just to stay alive
People who survive to eat suffer from serious health problems, of which obesity is a major one - so why did she give up all the food items that were unhealthy for her and It could have led to weight gain. Instead, they were content to eat only enough to survive. This process contributed to their weight loss.

4: Drink more water
In this regard, he said that he made it a rule to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Consumption of more water also helps in eliminating toxins from the body as well as melting the accumulated fat. -

5: Write down the ten things you are thankful for every day
Physical health is impossible without spiritual health, so did she make it a rule for spiritual health in her life that she must write down ten things every day for which she was grateful to nature - giving her spiritual peace Achieving and making a positive difference in their lives and thinking will not only help them in the difficult journey of losing weight but will also help them to get rid of frustration.

Message to the people
Has the 25-year-old not only become a role model for people since the change, but now she also gives regular weight loss lectures to people - she says to always keep small targets and achieve them. Try -

Changing my relationship with food, not falling prey once again to another fad diet I hated, has given me so much more freedom in my life. When it comes to food, my “diet” is about making empowered choices on how best to nourish my body. I feel good knowing that I’m fueling my body with healthy foods that make it feel great while still being able to enjoy the foods I love! Here’s a glimpse into some of my food philosophies: 1. Lose the weight the same way you intend to keep it off. The best diet for you is the one you can stick with for the long haul. Don’t sign yourself up for the fad diet that has you counting down the days until it’s over. 2. There are no “bad” foods, just choices. You can absolutely lose weight while eating chocolate cake, pizza, wine, and whatever other foods you’ve deemed “off-limits” by traditional dieting culture. It’s about HOW we enjoy foods that make them good or bad, not the foods themselves. Balance and mindful moderation are key. 3. Organic, non-gmo, gluten-free, dairy-free, all natural, grassfed, free-range, etc. does not necessarily = healthier. Whatever your preference, focus on eating a variety of whole, nutrient-dense foods regardless of their marketing claims. It’s a privilege to live in a country with a safe food supply and plentiful options. Don’t buy into the hype that you have to spend an exorbitant amount of money on specialty foods to be healthy. My preferred “diet” food? Beef, baby! I love that beef keeps me satisfied, provides 10 essentials vitamins and nutrients, and has a delicious flavor I’ll never grow tired of. As a cattle rancher, I take pride in raising a healthy product that fuels families like mine with a taste that simply can’t be beat. One of our favorite meals in our household is grilled tri-tip with a delicious side salad full of yummy toppings. An occasional glass of Central Coast wine on the side? Don’t mind if I do. Cheers! 🥩🍷
