When I started body building my ideal was Arnold
I did exercise 2 years having him in my mind, but one day I with my gym friends
was sitting and watching world’s fit persons I just saw him in a magazine ,
first thing come in my mind was that this is photoshop because so shocking
images I see. I share his pictures with my friends then.
Helmut Strebl's well known around the world and in the fitness industry
as having one of the most defined bodies we've ever seen.
After
watching him I start believing he do now have any fat in his body but as I related
to fitness training I know without fat in body one cannot survive, so having
fat is must. But in every case Helmut Strebl is the only person I see with such fat.
