Tehran has blacklisted 51 American officials and commanders for their alleged involvement in the assassination of General Qasim Soleimani.
According to the Iranian news agency Press TV, a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry said that this act of terrorism by the United States is a violation of fundamental human rights and clear terrorism.
A lengthy statement from the Iranian Foreign Ministry also provided details of blacklisted US officials and commanders, including Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo, John Bolton, Mark Asper, Gina Haspel, Christopher Miller and Steven Munich. And others.
Other officials on the blacklist include Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Alexander Mille, former National Adviser Robert Charles, Director NSA and Commander US Cyber Command Paul M. Nixon and others.
According to the Iranian Foreign Ministry, they have been blacklisted under Articles 4 and 5, and officials have been told to take immediate action.
It is believed that on January 3, 2020, the US military led by the then US President Donald Trump killed General Qasim Soleimani in an air strike at the airport in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, and his deputies were also killed in this incident.
