A simple wooden bucket used to draw water from a well killed 2,000 people in the war.
This was in 1325, when the two Italian states of Balona and Modina were fiercely opposed to each other.
At one point, some Modena soldiers entered the Baluna and stole a wooden bucket to draw water from the well, taking it with them, which caused the Balona to declare war on Modena.
The battle began on November 15, 1325, with a wooden bucket, which killed about 2,000 soldiers.
Modena's 8,000 troops fell heavily on Baluna's 32,000 troops, and Baluna's army had to flee without a bucket.
Modena never returned the bucket. This war was called the War of the Buckets. The bucket is still preserved in Modena, Italy.
