No more meetings will be needed after Peshawar.

Opposition party Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) has claimed that the leadership will not need any more meetings after the Peshawar meeting.

Ata-ur-Rehman, brother of JUI-F leader Fazlur Rehman, made the claim at a press conference in Islamabad along with the party's secretary general, Senator Abdul Ghafoor Haideri.

He made it clear that despite the government's clever tactics, we would not postpone the meeting.

On the occasion, Senator Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that the rulers were saying that there should be no meeting in Quetta, now the meeting in Peshawar will tell them who the nation is with.

He said that no mega project has come in the last two and a half years of the present government but the problems have increased, more than half of the people in the cabinet are corrupt and incompetent.

The JUI-F Secretary General added that the French President's action showed the heart of the Muslims, except for a few Muslim countries, no country raised its voice.

"We demand that the French ambassador be deported and all relations be severed. Muslim countries should unite and respond," he said.

Abdul Ghafoor Haidari also said that relations with France should end until its president apologizes.

Commenting on the Indo-US agreement, the senior opposition leader said that the agreement between India and the US against China was an important issue.

He said that China has been helping us in our good and bad times, even if the United States and India wanted to fight with China, they could not.
