The water bottle seller who surpassed billionaire Jack Ma

 

Water bottle seller Zhong Shanshan surpassed Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba and China's richest man, in wealth.

According to the American magazine Bloomberg, Zhong Shanshan's assets are worth $58.7 billion.

Zhong Shanshan founded his company, Nongfu Spring, in Xijiang Province in 1996 and is now number one on China's list of billionaires.

Nongfu Spring owner Zhong Shanshan was preceded by Alibaba owner Jack Ma at the top of China's list of billionaires.

Zhong Nongfu is also the chairman of Beijing Wantai Biological Pharmacy Co., Ltd., a pharmaceutical company.

Zhong Nongfu, now number one on China's list of billionaires, is number two on Asia's list of billionaires, followed by India's Mukesh Ambani.
