Bill Gates supported working from home and opposed calling employees to offices


Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, has said that we have to adopt a culture of working from home until the Corona epidemic is over.

According to international media reports, in a statement on Wednesday, Bill Gates said that after Corona came to light, various companies around the world have issued instructions to employees to work from home and this method is still going on. Working with will have to become a tradition until the epidemic is over.

He said that strict lockdown was carried out in different countries of the world, in view of which companies were also taking work from their employees while sitting at home, but now after the abolition of Corona, some companies have reopened.

"I hope that the culture of working from home will continue until the epidemic is over, and even if the coronation is over, we will have to open offices to see the proportion of cases," he said. And his working hours will have to be fixed.

Bill Gates said: "20 to 30 percent of companies in the world allow 50 percent of their employees to work from home while half of their employees used to come to the office regularly. Now those companies are working as usual where all the employees. 

"I haven't traveled anywhere this year for work, in fact I've had a lot of time to think about different things and the future," he said.
